The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. The holiday apartment "Haus Excelsior Top 3" is located in Seefeld in Tirol and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 31 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer can be used for a fee (and iron and an ironing board are also available in the laundry room).
