The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

In addition to beautiful hiking opportunities, Fischbachau offers a warm outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and mini golf course as well as the pilgrimage chapel Birkenstein. The famous Café Winklstüberl is a 30-minute walk via the Panorama hiking trail. Schliersee and Spitzingsee are just a few minutes away by car.

Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The nearest bus stop and a very good Tyrolean inn are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful natural lakes and bike paths can be found in the immediate vicinity. The "Wilder Kaiser" ski resort is only 20 km away. You can reach the apartment via a private, separate entrance.
