Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Beautiful family accommodation located between the two lakes of Annecy and Bourget (Aix-les-Bains), ski resorts close by 30 minutes. Located in the city center, quiet residence close to all amenities, opposite the Quais des Arts Cultural Center with regular shows and a media library. Train station 2-minute walk away (hourly trains to Annecy and Aix-les-Bains). Parking in blue zone in front of the building and free underground parking nearby.

Pleasant studio in our house for a great stay. Independent entrance. Shower room with shower and WC. Small fully equipped and functional kitchen. Queen bed (160x200). 140 flat screen wall TV. First breakfast offered (coffee, tea, milk, pastries, jam, butter and juice). Linens are available. Sales is a very quiet little village located between two lakes: Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget (30 min by car). Rumilly 5 min away and all amenities.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Our cottage consists of two bedrooms with a mountain atmosphere, bright, comfortable and warm; we can accommodate up to five people. Enjoy our large living room, extending a fully equipped kitchen. Raclette grill, fondue, pierrade, crepe part are available. During the summer months, sunbathe on the lawn or on the terrace, and have fun with family and friends.
