Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a wooden chalet adjoining. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or between seasons. The chalet is accessible by ski via the Bois de Saule blue slope that connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Many hiking trails can be accessed directly from the cottage. Direct access to the enduro mountain bike trail "La 8" which descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800m altitude difference !

Charming Savoyard studio, skis at your feet.

Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). A free shuttle at the foot of the building serves the Rosière station. In summer you will be on the road to the Petit Saint Bernard pass, you can easily practice hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, kayaking.
