Living space of more than 170 m2 spread over 2 floors. 5 large bedrooms to preserve everyone's privacy, including a master suite and a double bedroom for parents and children. 2 lounges, one downstairs of 70 m2 and one upstairs for relaxing, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 shower rooms, One vestibule, two closets. A large landscaped garden (1000 m2) awaits you where you can enjoy a bowling green, table tennis table and others... but also a view of the Rance Bay.

In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from 26 June to 6 September.
