Small townhouse in a great location. Both close to the forest for nature lovers and also close to all amenities. Located 25 minutes from the gorges of the Ardèche, 15 minutes from Vals and less than 10 minutes from the city center of Aubenas. For cycling enthusiasts the house is close to many departures both from mountain biking but also to road biking. A garage is available if necessary to park a motorbike or bike.
