Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Located on the 3rd level of our healthy cafe, this room is accessible by a milling staircase rather reserved for very alert people. The room is private of course! Common areas are used for the restaurant from 11am to 4pm. From 4:30 pm to 11am the next day the house is all for you. On request you can book breakfast and your meals if you wish.
