Beautiful south-facing balcony with View over the fantastic alpine world. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Car parking space; The parking lot is located in the house "Casa Allegra" opposite the sports center.

Das ganze Jahr über schneebedeckte Gipfel mit Sicht auf zahlreiche Gletscher & imposante Viertausender. Die Fäldmatta thront auf einem herrlichen Sonnenplateau auf 1633 Höhenmetern & ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Schneeschuhlaufen & zum entschleunigen.

3 Minuten Fussmarsch ab Bahnhof, kostenloser Privatparkplatz 290 m entfernt vorhanden. 2023 wurde die ganze Wohnung komplett fertig renoviert und modernisiert. Unser Mehrfamilienhaus besteht aus mehreren Wohnungen an erhöhter Lage und ist in ein paar wenigen Schritten vom Dorfkern aus über das typische Gässchen des charmanten Walliserdorfes gut erreichbar. Kein Autoverkehr, Einkaufsgeschäft und Restaurant 20 Meter entfernt Inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Our newly renovated 4.5 room vacation home is located in the Matter Valley in the village of St. Niklaus. It is equipped for 5-6 people and is the ideal starting point for the Grächen and Zermatt ski resorts. In summer, it is centrally located for countless hikes and bike tours. 50 m next to the apartment is the bus stop for Grächen or also to the nearby train station St. Niklaus. Approx. 10 min. walk. 30 meters next to the apartment is a grocery store (Migros). Free parking space.
