This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Beautiful villa with pool in the heart of Ardèche

Fully equipped villa with private pool consisting of a large living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, separate shower room, enclosed garden with lawn and trees. Beautiful unobstructed view of the vineyards, south-facing, sunny all day. The villa is located in a very quiet area, near Vogüé and Balazuc, with night markets in summer; bakery 3 min and shops 5 min. Ideal for having a good time and creating beautiful memories.
