Charming renovated Chalet from 1761

2 rooms of 20m2 disposed on 2 floors, in an old Chalet from 1761 entierly rebuilt. It is warmed by a firewood stove (please call us to burn it on the first time) and electrical radiators. Nice view on the old bread oven, flowered fountain and Aiguilles dwarves monts. Quiet village without car flow. Massing shower. Code safe. Locked room to storage bikes, skis or so what. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

My place is close to shops, the Léchère spa, hiking and biking trails, swimming pool. You'll love my place because of the location at the crossroads of the Tarentaise valleys, at the foot of Valmorel (20 minutes by car), shuttle nearby for Valmorel winter and summer season, and quiet. My place is perfect for couples (we can add a crib), solo and business travelers.
