Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention closed pools: September to April not heated)

Comfortable house next to Nevers for 4 people.

Comfortable and independent house in common courtyard and countryside land next to the owner's house. Newly renovated, it is located in a closed enclosure with parking that can accommodate several vehicles. (10 minutes from Nevers and 5 minutes from the highway). You can enjoy all the outdoors and existing amenities that you will be surprised to discover upon arrival. For safety reasons (water points nearby…) children are not allowed.
