The accommodation is ideally located: you will appreciate the proximity of the banks of Rance (many walks, hikes) and the possibility of walking from the house to the lake and the Betineuc leisure center (small beach, supervised swimming in summer). Dinan is a 10-minute drive away, Rennes, Saint-Malo, beaches are 30 minutes away.
