Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the marine landscapes and their benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is available all year round and a private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic enclosure, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and monitored.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Dinard, ideally located house with character

"Montcharmant" Character house ideally located in the heart of the Corbières district, tastefully decorated. Close to Plage de l'Ecluse, the center and the market. Quiet is guaranteed with a very nice garden. Ideal for hosting 1–2 families. It is imperative to respect the quietness of the neighborhood out of respect for the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. The house is not rented for festive evenings. Bed linen is not provided.

The gray house

We have a lovely house, new built in 2013 which is our holiday home too. We have really tried to make it perfect, with top quality everything. It is great for summer, with 4000 sqm of garden, and also winter, with an exposed brick fire place. You can walk to the beach in c.5-8 minutes. Everyone who has stayed loves it. Please note, that it is not fenced - so if you have kids who wander it may not be for you
