We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Refurbished, on a quiet street 400 m from the beach, shops, market within walking distance. For stays of less than 7 days, a bed linen option is possible (€10/1 double bed). End-of-stay cleaning option possible: (to be discussed on site at check-in).

Newly furnished studio, bright living room, open kitchen, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom with toilet, closet, terrace and private parking, key box. Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

New apartment with balcony, 1 km from the beach

I suggest you drop your luggage in a new 45 m2 apartment, located 1 km from the Prieuré beach in Dinard. In a quiet building, on the 3rd and top floor, with elevator and balcony, its proximity to the greenway will allow you to enjoy the 3 bikes available, one of which is equipped with a baby seat. A parking space in the basement will accommodate your vehicle safely during your stay. On request: electric vehicle socket, extra charge of €10/day.

Bright duplex, 15-minute walk to the beach

We've booked you a totally independent corner of our house so you can relax. You will stay in a bright and quiet duplex, a 15-minute walk from Saint-Énogat beach, thalassotherapy, its shops and a 2-minute walk from a Carrefour Market for shopping. The apartment is located 15 minutes from Saint-Malo, 20 minutes from Dinan, 30 minutes from Jugons-les-Lacs, 45 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel and 60 minutes from Rennes.
