The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the water sports centre (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The town of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Welcome to this small country house for 4 people + baby (baby cot) located 12 minutes from the toll and 15 minutes from Langres with its ramparts and 4 lakes. Beds are ready and towels are provided. Possibility of breakfast for €5/person with milk, coffee, Ricorée, tea, herbal teas, chocolate, rusks, sliced bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice, compote, chocolate cereals, oatmeal. My place is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers or business travelers. It is located on a non busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with location. A 5-minute walk away is a grocery store open until 11 p.m. and right across the street from the bakery. You can reach the city centre in about 10 minutes.
