Large 12 m x 6 m pool (heated from May 15 to September 15) shared with the owners, 3300 m2 wooded garden. 160 m2 cottage, composed of a large living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Large wooden terrace. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional.

"LES BOURRINES DU MARAIS" are authentic dwellings of the Breton Vendée marsh. Located between land and sea, in a privileged setting conducive to relaxation of 11,000 m2. Ornithological area on a Natura 2000 classified site, you can observe a multitude of birds as well as deer, coypus... In addition to the animals naturally present on the site, you can discover ours, cat, dog, chickens and ducks.
