Great view from last floor! English speaking

Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

Completely refurbished apartment with neat Indonesian-inspired decor. The view is breathtaking with 180* views of the sea and forest. The apartment is located in a secure residence with elevator. You will be charmed by its proximity to the beach but also to shops and amenities that are within walking distance, especially with its ladies' market on Mondays and Thursdays just 200 m away. Fully-equipped kitchen. All you have to do is put your bags down.

37m2 apartment completely refurbished in 2023 with balcony facing the sea, the dune and the golf course. Very quiet environment, south facing. A bedroom with a 140x190 bed, an alcove bedroom with two bunk beds, separate toilet and bathroom. Sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped with open kitchen. Plenty of storage. Beach 100m away by a pedestrian path, shopping street 15 min walk away. Private parking space. Bike room. Not accessible PMR.
