Situé dans notre quartier premium "l'écrin des pins" vous séjournerez dans un cadre privilégié et au plus proche de la nature, le chalet peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. A seulement 800m de la mer, 400m des commerces, proche de Saint Jean de Monts et des piste cyclables, c'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'un séjour en famille.

Wooden chalet quiet, under the pines and on a beautiful and large landscaped land, by the sea. Direct access to the beach. Lodging in a property with a main building accommodating two other lodgings (a 4-6 people, a 2 people) and a small house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, by the sea, protected area Natura 2000, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and large surface areas.

It is decorated with a private enclosed garden, with its barbecue area. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

15 minutes from the beaches, this cottage in a quiet area will allow you to enjoy a heated indoor pool (from Easter to All Saints' Day), a swimming lake with sandy beach (mid-June to mid-September), and play areas for children. This 42 m2 chalet, not overlooked and air-conditioned, comfortable in all seasons on a 350 m2 plot, totally closed, has a covered terrace of 12 m2. It is equipped with a TV (satellite dish) and a Wi-Fi connection in the chalet.

A few meters away, you take advantage of the bike paths to go to the beaches, on the embankment, to the port and why not to Talmont St Hilaire via the coastal road? 1 km away, you have one of the best bakery and +2 km away all local shops. So book, welcome you! STUDENT: Long-term rentals are available from Sunday night to Friday morning.
