Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, we simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, we hardly need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities out there... Authentic stone farmhouse overlooking Lake Bourget, La Traverse is a family home located on the heights, close to the mountain trails. You can escape to the forest and reach the top of the Dent du Chat, a local natural landmark. Built more than 2 centuries ago, the building housed 3 families, before being bought and then fitted out by my great-grandfather Antoine. Renovated in 2020, the living area is 160 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2.
