This gite is tucked away right in the heart of this beautiful, rural, French village. A short 2 minute walk from the local bakery, butchers, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and bar/restaurant . The house is a modern, bright, newly renovated home set in private grounds of 5000 m2, surrounded by fields. You will be renting the entire house and garden. Bed Linen and Towels are extra cost. 5 Euros per person for bed linen, and 5 Euros per person for towels. You are located 50mins from Mt St Michel, within Le Parc Naturel Normandie Maine, 10 mins from historic towns of Mortain and Domfront, 500 m from Velo Vert (V40 Paris to Mt St Michel walking/biking path), on the "Route de Poiré".

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Above the scenic Varenne river valley, this 300-year-old stone cottage has spectacular views of the chateau above and the ancient Notre Dame church below. Complete with a private meadow garden, we are just a 5 minute walk into the medieval city of Domfront with its cafes, bars, restaurants and many a boulangerie. Rich with history, beautiful flowers and breathtaking views of the sweeping woodland valley, it is a timelessly beautiful landscape.
