Stone house for 6 people. Quiet in the heart of Périgord

Located in a quiet area, near the Ceou River, 17 km from Sarlat, 10 km from Beynac, La Roque Gageac, 6 km from Castelnaud, Domme and many other places all recognized for their historical and culinary heritage. Le Pré charmant, charming studio near Sarlat

In a charming hamlet 15 km from Sarlat, very nice stone cottage, with pool to share with the owners. Pool covered by shelter with a large beach all around (12.5 x 5 m - depth: 0.80 to 2.00 m). Private terrace and large spaces (4000 m²). First shops in the village, down the road, about 2.5 km away. A vast property nearby that offers a bucolic setting and a country atmosphere that allows a guaranteed change of scenery. Maybe the cicadas will sing!

The spacious studio apartment sleeps two. It has a private entrance and is accessed via external steps. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, sitting area, desk, coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge. It also has a large luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. In the grounds there are sitting and relaxing areas, and access to the shared swimming pool (10m x 5m).
