Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, exterior staircase and veranda with foosball, ping-pong table, Jacuzzi. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Massage jet shower. Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Very nice view.

Famille, amis, sportifs, motards, soyez les bienvenus ! Nous sommes situés à Briançon, dans la vallée de Serre Chevalier à 1 326 mètres d’altitude à la confluence de 5 vallées. Nous sommes à la fois proche de toutes commodités (centre-ville à 500 m, gare à 800 m) et au départ de nombreuses randonnées pédestres et vtt.

Chalet St Barth in Serre Chevalier. Les Pananches is a sunniest hamlet, You are a 2 minute drive from the Aravet gondola (free parking) or 5 minute walk to the free shuttle stop. Magnificent living room. Composed of four bedrooms each equipped with shower room, an entrance with an English billiard table, a living room with fireplace ,kitchen, bicycle room. This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.
