(Neues dobbelbett Nov 2020!) check in ab 15 uhr!! Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Unsere Hunde , katzen und Hühner laufen frei im Garten herum!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!!

Gr. Dachwohnung (180 m2) mit Wohnraum u. offener Küche, 5 Schlafzimmern à 2 Betten u. 3 Badezimmern. In der Nähe der Post & des Parkhauses gelegen. 5-10 Min. mit dem gratis Elektrobus bzw. ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zu den Skipisten. Kurtaxe im Winter CHF 4,50, im Sommer CHF 7 pro Pers./Nacht extra - für 6-16 die Hälfte. Die Saastalcard ist nur über einen Partner von mir für CHF 5 pro Nacht zusätzlich buchbar. Bei Übernachtungen unter drei Nächten kostet die Wäsche CHF 10 extra pro Person.

My place is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the situation. In the Saas Valley, adults must pay 10.5 Fr. in the summer and children between 6 and 16 years 5.25 Fr. Pay tourist tax. In this price all buses in the valley and practically all cable cars can be used free of charge. In winter the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price, the ski bus is free in winter.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.
