Our stay was just great. We were warmly welcomed. Mega great location and great contact to the hostesses. The apartment is really first class. Our expectations were absolutely exceeded.

Carminia's beach pearl lives up to its name: a beautiful apartment in a perfect location in close proximity to the beach and shopping in the center of Binz, where you will find everything you need. Simply great, again at any time, absolute recommendation!

Best location on the Binz promenade. Walking distance to pier, restaurants and cafes. Wonderful, also for the sustainable arrival by train. Only to be recommended and gladly again!

The airbnb is at an excellent location; you’re at the beach within minute. The flat itself is spacious and has all amenities needed, and is well kept and very clean. During our stay we cooked dinner as I have a bunch of food allergies, but there are lots of (fish) restaurants within a walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this say.

A nice modern cozy apartment in a central location in Binz

A really magical place that will delight all nature lovers! The apartment is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The perfect place to relax and feel good. The house and the entire "place" are something really special that you will surely find extremely rarely. Apart from the wonderful apartment, the property is unique with a number of beautiful old beech trees on the edge of the forest. Even now in winter it was wonderful to walk under these old trees in the morning and watch the sunrise, or to look at the starry sky in the evening and I can only imagine how magnificent the trees will be in spring and summer. The surrounding area also invites you to take a walk through the forest and meadows directly from the front door. After Binz it is a nice walk of about 45 minutes or 10 minutes by car; and all highlights of the island can be reached quickly and easily by car. We are happy to have discovered this absolutely unique place and would love to come back!

We had a few wonderful days in Crispin's great house. Super cozy with the large fireplace and totally quiet in the forest, we were able to relax as well as we had in a long time!

At Crispin you can expect a cozy and lovingly furnished place where you immediately feel at home. We were well informed, looked after and taken care of before and during the trip. The apartment and the surroundings radiate an uncanny calm and warmth. The tiled stove gave the evening a special cosiness. Equipment and cleanliness also left nothing to be desired. Aava our bitch was very balanced and welcome. We wish Crispin many dear guests and will be back.

A beautiful piece of earth - not too close and not too far. Also recommended, or especially in winter: The apartment is cozy and the time passes quickly while puzzling at the fireplace and walking around in nature, but sometimes also stands still for a moment. :-) (We smelled a bit of smoked ham afterwards, which may have been due to our fire-making skills.) Great hospitality, well communicated all round!

Our stay in Schmacht was great. The apartment is very cozy and the fireplace is the big highlight. We had the house to ourselves because the other two apartments were not occupied. The house is in the middle of nature and you have peace and quiet. Check-in was super easy. Everything is as described and very clean. The bed is cozy, and otherwise there were no problems. Crispin was very relaxed and helpful, but since Schmacht is in the middle of the forest, it is advisable to travel by car.

Very nice apartment, there was everything you need. You can look directly at the sea and it is only a few meters to the beach. The apartment was very clean and the communication worked great.

A special and very clean accommodation in a great location. Only a few meters to the beach, many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The location is perfect for day trips. A special highlight for us was the large balcony, from which we could look to the sea. The sauna with a 90 ° C sauna and a steam bath also invites you to relax after a long hike. The accommodation was as described and we liked it very much. From the rooms you can look to the sea and you have a nice view from the balcony. The location, the equipment and the underground parking make the stay very pleasant. A small obstacle was that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Nevertheless, you can be on the beach in a few minutes and forget about everyday life. A very nice accommodation and surroundings perfect for a quiet holiday as a couple.

Yuri's accommodation was really clean and tidy. Check-in and check-out were also very easy and uncomplicated. We were even able to get into the apartment at 2 p.m.! It is also great that the apartment has its own parking space. This saves the annoying search for a parking space, which you don't feel like, especially on vacation. However, the apartment is on the fourth floor and the apartment building has no elevator. This was not a problem for my friend and me, but for people with a lot of luggage, for example, this could be a challenge ;-) Otherwise we were very satisfied and would rent this apartment again.

Would heartily recommend staying at Frederick's place. A really cute little cottage with everything you needed for a short stay. Well-stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable throughout, + the bonus of a TV with a selection of films. It was really lovely to meet Frederick, and find out the history of the place, and served as the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area; from Binz to Prora, and from Sellin to Sassnitz.

Frederick was very friendly and gave great tips for trips. It was all very straightforward. The apartment was in perfect condition. We would book again.

Frederick's accommodation was perfect for us. The cottage is quiet and yet centrally located in beautiful Binz and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Another big plus is the fabulous bakery just around the corner that still bakes! We felt comfortable with a small child and would gladly book this accommodation again. Communication and reception of Frederick was extremely adorable!

The apartment is very cozy and is located in a very quiet area. Heating is automatic with just the right amount of heat. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is of the right size. The furniture and the kitchen are recently furnished and the choice of tiles is excellent. Frederick was not physically present at check-in but by telephone he was extremely helpful for information. I met him at check-out and he is a nice and kind person. Great overall rating.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Top location in second row to the sea. Beach within walking distance in 3 minutes. We were so excited that we extended. We spent a wonderful week in disgrace and loved the location in the middle of nature - wild boar, deer and rabbits are practically on the doorstep (= forest). The accommodation itself is very cozy and clean, the kitchen is well equipped. After there were problems with the heating system in the beginning, Crispin reacted extremely quickly and quickly provided us with an electric heater. All in all absolutely recommendable, we will be back :)

The apartment is in a great location, practically in the middle of the forest. There are only 3-4 houses in the area and otherwise only nature and tranquility. Just the thing to relax. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Thanks at this point that I was able to check in later than announced! The apartment has everything you need. Even walnuts and their own honey were there! In the beginning there were problems with the internet, but this was quickly fixed. However, the heating didn't work that well. I was given a "mobile" electric radiator, but it was not enough to keep the whole apartment warm. On cold days, the heating must work properly, otherwise the stay is only half as nice ... I would come again. Crispin is very courteous and helpful. He tries to find solutions.

This accommodation is recommended to any nature lover or for those who want to get away from it all. We felt very well at Crispin and at home. We really enjoyed the time in Schmacht and on Rügen. We liked the accommodation very much, it is stylish and comfortably furnished, and equipped with all utensils. The garden is huge and ideal for a family holiday and if you take care in the morning / evening, you can even see deer and rabbits :) We will definitely repeat our holiday at Crispin!

We spent 1 week with our 2 young children and thought it was great. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. All rooms were very clean. We were totally happy about the huge garden and the toys that we were allowed to share. There are also many other things to discover. Schmacht with its few houses is unique and the perfect location to explore the surrounding area. We had a wonderful last week of vacation and can warmly recommend the apartments of Crispin.

As described a beautiful, quiet place on the edge of the forest - perfect for a quiet long weekend, especially at the beginning of November, when it is nice and quiet on Rügen. The apartment is well equipped, the highlight of course is the fireplace. I came by public transport, there is a bus stop nearby, but you have to walk a few hundred meters along the country road and there is no wide shoulder. In 45 minutes walk through a beautiful forest you can reach Binz, from where you have very good connections to explore the island. Crispin and his small family are very nice, open-minded hosts and I didn't miss anything.

The relaxed atmosphere and harmonious design of the house and garden, we liked very much. In the room furnished with love and style we felt comfortable. In the morning, when the sun was shining and at night the moon or we cheered the stove in the evening. The pleasant hosts were always available and helpful. A completely relaxing place in the middle of the forest.

We spent a week in bed with our baby. A sandy forest road leads to the small hamlet - for low-set cars rather nothing, but otherwise no problem. The reception was very nice and uncomplicated and you get a tour of the beautiful grounds with fire pit, swing, hives, and, and, and ... The apartment in the renovated manor house is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The highlight, of course, is the oven, which is heated at cooler temperatures. It is absolutely quiet - apart from the roaring deer at rutting season;) About a beautiful forest path can be reached in about 45 minutes to Binz (beach, shopping), by car it is about 10 minutes. We loved it, and we can only recommend a stay in Schacht.

We were with 2 children a week in shame. The apartment was perfect, everything was there, very clean. The place is really beautiful and the garden a dream. Crispin is super nice, hospitable, fast communication. We were very satisfied! Thank you.

To the evaluation of the predecessor: For us, the kitchen equipment was completely complete and everything was sparkling clean (incidentally, it is up to the guests if they do not wash the dishes properly !!). We would especially like to highlight the hospitality of Michael, who takes care of the guests for Ivo when he is working. He was always there for us and tried to make the stay as pleasant as possible. If anything did not fit, Michael immediately fixed it. The welcome even had homemade jam. Otherwise, the bungalow is functionally decorated even if the furniture is a bit getting old. Equipment was absolutely sufficient. The terrace in front of the door invited to linger. The location was very good, you were fast in the center and at the water or at the train station of the Rasender Roland. Price-performance was right here in any case. Thank you for the hospitality, we felt very comfortable.

the accommodation was as described and we had a great stay. Check in and check out was handled by Micha Bestens. The accommodation was easy to find and the train station just across the street will get you anywhere. No matter if by bus or train. We found the driveway from the train "the racing Roland" quaint. A great sound, when such a train arrives. The beach is about 15-20 minutes walk, but that is also in the description. That did not bother us at all .. Micha was always there, no matter what. In the morning there were fresh rolls for breakfast. We can definitely give a 10000000% recommendation for the entire property and would book there again anytime.

This was our first time with Airbnb and we really liked it :) Franziska's apartment was exactly like the pictures; We especially liked that it was really very clean. Towels were in sufficient numbers and the beds were already made. Everything you needed was there; also many information brochures about activities in the area. A highlight was the great balcony: overlooking the lake and lots of sun :) The paths to the beach and to the shopping possibilities were in direct proximity. All in all we liked it a lot and we would recommend Franziska's apartment to 100%.

A very nicely located house. The drive through the forest is a bit adventurous, but no problem at all. Crispin is a friendly host and arriving at 10pm was not a problem either. Arrival and departure were very uncomplicated. Here I would definitely book again.

We spent a few great days in this beautiful apartment. The center of Binz can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The handing over of the keys was easy in the evening, the apartment was even preheated. We were very happy about the bathtubs in the cold season.

Nice place, very clean as expected from other reviewers. Pretty close to the beach and forest walking trails so great for taking the dog on long walks. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and having a dishwasher is brilliant of course. Bathroom is nice with a bath tub and good shower. Would stay again, thanks!

The apartment has a very good size and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is there, what you need (coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) The communication with Yuri was very easy and we were able to check in without notice. Overall, we had a very nice stay on complaints.

The cozy house is about 10 minutes walk from the main station, beach and small train station "Rasender Roland" away and yet quiet. A bakery is close by and secures the fresh bread in the morning. Everything was discussed quickly and easily before arrival and the welcome was friendly with all the important information about the house, the environment and the benefits of the spa card. The house is ideal for dog owners. My dog and I felt very well. Many thanks to Frederik.

Fredericks accommodation is modern in style and offers plenty of space, both indoors and out, for a great holiday. It is modern and everything is necessary. Even the dirty laundry can be washed.

In short: we felt like at home. * The kitchen is fully equipped. * Cooking a dinner or preparing a breakfast meal is not a problem at all. * Large bathtub is great for children. * The localisation is great, very close to the beach, the lake, and even a bakery. * Frederick has been very helpful: quick replies, recommendations regarding sightseeing + general advices. If you wonder where to spend your holiday _with children_, look no further!
