NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Pre-Alps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Salzburg City Festival. You will embrace the little house and nature around you in your heart - I am sure of that. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation.
