Apartment in a quiet semi-detached house on the outskirts of the city

We offer a small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 3 people on the 1st floor of our quiet semi-detached house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. The stairs up are a bit steep, but there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and discount stores are also nearby. Not a good place to meet for a romantic getaway!!No visitors!! No parties!!

About 2 km to the Ickern market. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Parties and overnight stays by other people are expressly not permitted and will lead to the immediate termination of the rental agreement

By train, the city center is only 20 minutes away and the stadium and Westfalenhalle with the trade fair are 35 minutes away. As of today, we can also offer three extra beds in the attic.
