We came by train. The apartment was ideally located for us. Everything is very clean and Jürgen immediately responds to requests.

Great apartment in great city. In the kitchen, we needed space, but good experience after all.

Jurgen's place is located in the center of Tiengen. It is very consistent with pictures and descrptions. There are many shopping boutiques and restaurants. We also found a supermarket 5 min walk from his place. We arrived 1 hour later, Jurgen has prepared all the instruction to make sure that we can find the place easily. The appartment is simple decorated but we have absolutely every thing we need. I recommend this place to all.

It's all as described. We were pleasantly surprised by how generous the room was. It is thought of everything. Price-performance in the best way.

Everything perfect

The apartment has everything you need, even a kitchen is available with fridge and cooking facilities. It is great that you are right in the city of Waldshut, so cafés, restaurants, shopping and the cinema are nearby. The host responds very quickly, is flexible and friendly. I can only recommend the accommodation!

Christina's Hostel is possibly the most warm-welcoming place where you could stay. She does her absolute best to make you feel at home, in an international hostel and in a luxury hotel at the same time. There was even my name written on the reception door with a welcoming note which I found cute. The room was huge, clean and tidy, the beds reaaally comfortable, the view great and we had an awesome balcony. There's a kitchen where you can cook, but theres also a restaurant and a bar to which they invited us several times. You can use the sauna for 10 euros as long as you wish. It's a short drive to different ski resorts and the Radon Revitaltherme and the Badeparadise Schwarzwald are also very close. Would recommend 10/10

Warm hostess with lots of local tips. Rooms and common areas in new, impeccable condition, I felt very comfortable here :) The area is fantastically beautiful.

Can recommend the accommodation to everyone! Located very close to the Feldberg (approx. 15min drive), extremely delicious food for reasonable money, impeccable cleanliness and super hospitable gerne always happy!

The place is very beautiful. Around the forest, hills, unforgettable landscapes open from the windows. The air is crystal clear and breathing is easy. I recommend everyone who loves hiking and the energy of nature. The apartment is very clean and cozy and has everything you need (shower set, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, etc., even more)), except for the washing machine, and in fact it is not particularly necessary on vacation. Every day Anna brought wood for the fireplace. Special thanks to Anna for the hospital welcome and the quick reaction.

The place is very cute and has amazing views of the Black Forest. It is very clean and has everything needed for the stay. Urs and Anna were the most wonderful hosts. We arrived late at night but they were very understanding and even prepared the fireplace for us beforehand, so the house was warm and welcoming. They even helped us when we had an emergency. I hope I will have another chance to come back to the Black Forest and stay at Urs and Anna’s place.

Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und freundlich, half mit Information und Tipps. Das alte Haus war blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich, für uns ein Bonus, da wir Häuser mit besonderer Atmosphäre mögen. Es war alles da was man täglich brauchte, so daß man sich sehr schnell und sehr leicht heimisch fühlte. Hinzu kam auch noch die wundervolle Aussicht, auf Täler und Berge in ihrer eigenen Schönheit egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Die nahegelegenen Wälder luden zum Spazierengehen ein. Wir Kommen Gerne Wieder. I have long dreamed of visiting the Black Forest and everything happened better than I could have imagined. A beautiful place in the mountains, an old cozy house with history and atmosphere. Very clean, the house looks residential, has everything you might need. The view from the window is bewitching, you can stand from dawn to dusk and just enjoy. Around the forest, there is a tower with a view of all the valleys (I didn’t get to it, but the owner told me). The owner is friendly and was always ready to help. A great place to relax your soul and be filled with strength and tranquility.

The accommodation is very idyllic and I (was alone there) felt very comfortable. The co-hostess welcomed me very friendly. The small apartment is very clean and you have everything you need. The stove is of course a highlight, if you do not have such a thing yourself at home. Wood was always enough when it got colder. We had two wonderful days in the Black Forest thanks to this cozy and lovingly designed apartment. It is located in a tiny village, high up in the mountains. This gives you a) an incredible view, when you wake up and b) an ideal starting point for hikes through the Black Forest. The area is gorgeous and invites you to relax in nature. We were received and looked after by Anna Lena, who took care of us very lovingly. She was always available for questions and could give us some very good tips on the area. We felt very well looked after and can highly recommend the stay in the cozy and cozy apartment.

I was warmly welcomed on the first day. I immediately felt at home and saying goodbye was harder than I thought. Christina liked to take me on small hikes in the area, so that I could get a wonderful impression of the Black Forest! The piste is only 20 minutes away by car :) For anyone who wants a family atmosphere and atmosphere for their vacation, I recommend the Sporthostel 100%! I will definitely come again! Highly Recommended! The hostess is warm and leads the sports hostel with a lot of dedication. Christina took time for the guests, gave valuable tips and responded to meal requests - including an extensive breakfast. The equipment in my room was simple, but perfectly adequate with two beds, table, chair and closet. With the WLAN reception I could watch series in the evening. The place is a little out of the way, but it makes it very quiet and within a short time you can reach Schluchsee (5 minutes by car) or Feldberg (15 minutes by car to the lifts). There are also some hiking trails around the hostel. On my next visit I will stay with Christina again! I'm excited to see the further development. Thank you so much!

Especially here is the individual touch, the atmosphere. I came in the off season when it is particularly quiet. And in principle it was also closed but for overnight stay. It was exactly what I wanted - a retreat.

This place is a MUST when travelling to the black forest. The locations is outstanding. Amazing views and amazing hikes all around. By foot, it is about 40 min walk from the train station in Aha. I spent there 3 nights, and even though the weather was not in my favor for hiking a lot, the hospitality of the house totally made my stay much better than I expected. Christina and all the workers in the place are amazing people, cheerful, and always willing to help. The food they cook is AMAZING, but if you preffer to make your own food, there is a common kitchen that everyone can use. The common areas are very comfy and welcoming. The overall atmosphere in the hostel is very homey and familiar, and other hosts also contribute to this. It really felt like I was at home. Totally worth to spend some days away from civilization, either just relax in the hostel surroundings or have some action hiking around. The rooms are also very comfortable and there is even a sauna! Only "bad thing" (if it is at all) is that in the area there is no phone signal nor internet, so better download maps and information beforehand!! In the restaurant i the hostel there is wifi. But really, go there :D

Again any time. I enjoyed the peace; The property is located in a hamlet with a few houses. In the communal kitchen everything is available, but I had to go to the next door to the kitchen - but no problem. I felt very well, everything was straightforward.

I have already booked the apartment a second time. The host was very open to my wishes. It is good to live here for a longer period of time, the apartment is very generously equipped and the natural garden made me feel relaxed. The location is also very central. We recommend!

Great studio in the black forest!

Very cozy small apartment, very friendly hosts, the sauna is the highlight, parking without problems, wonderfully rural and quiet, church bells were barely audible. Do not take a lot of luggage with, since it has little space;) for access to the sleeping area you have to be free of giddash;) Unfortunately, the WLAN did not work.

Checkin was perfect. Jürgen told us where to find the keys since we arrived after midnight and where to park. The studio was right smack in the old town, was well equipped and clean. There's a bakery/café on the ground floor where Jürgen works that has a good variety of baked goods sweet and salty.

Simple but very good apartment, the neighborhood is just charming. Jürgen welcomed us whereas we arrived quite late during the evening.

A totally cozy place to stay

Our stay in Bernhard's Black Forest Cottage was just perfect! The apartment is beautifully decorated and it was super cozy to sit by the fireplace with a view of the Alps. Bernhard was also a fantastic host who looked after us very well! The location of the apartment is perfect for hiking and exploring the many small villages, or for day trips to Zurich, for example. All in all an excellent apartment and a great host! We would come back anytime! :)

Our stay at Bernhard’s gorgeous cabin was impeccable in every way. The space itself is stunning, with every detail arranged with style, simplicity, and comfort. We especially enjoyed the spacious tub, the turntable (and fab record collection), and the views of the sun rising over the Alps in the distance. Bernhard was such a gracious host. The accommodation is perfect. We immediately felt comfortable. Bernhard is great and can be reached at any time. In one day he even brought us bread rolls. We also got a bottle of wine and when we came back from our excursions the fireplace was already burning. Our expectations were exceeded and we can highly recommend this accommodation!

Bernhard was a great host. A bottle of red wine was on the table and the fire pelted in the oven. The greeting was warm, you can immediately feel comfortable. A Christmas present and delicious rolls on the last day rounded off our days there. Pictures to our friends caused enthusiasm - even if the weather was not so good - we had a great rest.

Very clean house in a strategic position for visiting the Black Forest in almost all its villages. Host on arrival different from the advertiser but very friendly and helpful, showed us the apartment supplied in an optimal way with every useful accessory for the stay. The place is very quiet and you can breathe clean air, very nice to take walks among the meadows and the surrounding streets.

For the second time we enjoyed a weekend in the wonderful tranquility of Peter's cabin and felt as comfortable as the first time. The hut is simply a little feel-good oasis :-)

We had a really great time at this little guest house in the middle of Schwarzwald. Probably we have not seen a location that is so beautiful as this and hosts that are so friendly as Peter and Claudia. :) The guest house is new, furnished with a good taste, and very comfortable. A supermarket, bakery and a couple of good restaurants are in 5-10 min driving or 30-40 min walking.

House ideal for 4 people, new and very comfortable, with all services. It is in a beautiful environment. When being next to a farm, it is inevitable to perceive the plague to cow, for some it can be annoying, but it is not constant nor exaggerated.

The house has been renovated, everything is clean and welcoming, it is in the middle of fields and meadows, we recommend this address!

This was a fantastic rural and beautiful living up in the mountains. A few meters outside the cottage grazed cows and calves in a garden which was very cozy. Peter and his family lived in a house right next door. The cottage was completely renovated so everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. We had a little trouble understanding each other as we cannot speak German and Peter and his family could not speak English but with a translation app on the phone it worked perfectly ok. We can definitely recommend this place.

Ursula's accommodation is very cozy with many small, well-designed details and very good facilities. One of our highlights was the small wood stove. Those who like to be out in the nature are in good hands here. But there are also many worthwhile destinations nearby. Ursula is a very warm host.

It is - as the title describes it - a cozy little apartment on the Rhine. Everything has been fine from A to Z, from the key handover to the delivery. Since I had attended a course in the nearby PSI, I was only to sleep in the apartment. It is well designed for that. For two people I would find it a bit small, but would be absolutely feasible. Nearby there are good shopping, in the apartment you will find everything you need. A pity was that the small hob was broken. But that too is not tragic. All in all, I would recommend the apartment for a short stay.

Rene’s place is a lovely gem directly next to the Rein River! It’s quaint, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It’s a great location to explore the beautiful things Germany & Switzerland has to offer. René gives you suggestions and info about the area ...the Spas are a must! I would definitely recommend his place.

The view is so great at the Rehin. Everything is great. A good place to chill and relax. Lot of birds and insects🐝🌻. Go to the thermal and swim in the river.

A wonderful place to stay with EVERYTHING you need. Everything was actually there, especially in the bathroom. From disposable razors to mouthwash and all kinds of shampoos and shower gels. The bathtub was also super equipped with a variety of utensils. Nothing was really missing. The breakfast was also very varied, although we would have been very happy about something hearty. Unfortunately, the wifi was not very efficient or it was constantly interrupted and the reception at the bed was pretty bad. Nonetheless, a highly recommended place to stay! :-)

The apartment is very comfortably furnished with lots of lovely details. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and felt very comfortable. Therefore, we will definitely recommend the apartment, because everything went from A to Z!

Very nice accommodation, we particularly liked the oven and the balcony. Gladly again :) However, there was not much to do in the village in winter without snow. You should also do all the shopping beforehand. We also went on a trip to Zurich. It works really well from a distance!

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time! The place is wonderful and Cornelia is so friendly and welcoming. There were so many little extras that we did not expect. The place is beautiful and I would recommend going to the thermal spa in town about 20 mins away. So relaxing and only about 20 pesos. Cornelia and her husband made everything ready. We had a fire inside. Made dinner. Breakfast had tea or coffee. Thank you so much and definitely will be back.

Everything about this listing is charming. The location is great, very peaceful and yet central to many hiking and trips in the black forest. The couple owners are very friendly and provided us with all we needed. We could actually cook all our meals, rest very well at night (quiet and comfortable). Although at the time there were barely any photos, I can say it is well organized, clean and spacious. Great for independent couples ! One thing about wifi - (at the time) the signal only came from upstairs so it was nothing to count on, plus the mobile cell is zero to none. Check with the host if they installed a repeater or router in the studio itself, only way you'd be able to surf. Other than that everything was lovely, well organized and a super deal!

The apparent in Beate and Manuel’s house, below their home. It is in a lovely serene corner in Hintertodtmoos, a lovely, quiet village. There are some beautiful hikes starting within a walking distance from there. The appartment is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and a very nice shower and bathroom. There are some nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

The loft is a bit tricky to reach - not for people with limited mobility. And in the loft itself, the area with "normal" ceiling height is not very pronounced. But if you can climb and bend down a bit, you will love the loft. Located directly in the barn, with the smell of hay and views of the Black Forest landscape. Wonderful! The equipment is great, everything was super clean and modern. Claudia is a great host. Very courteous, always incredibly friendly. Your fresh bread rolls in the morning are great. We have found a new favorite place and will definitely be back soon.

It was such a great long weekend with Claudia! We rented the top floor apartment with our little daughter and were super happy! Very cozy, great furnishings and a place to relax. Claudia put fresh homemade bread in front of the door for us every day and gave us great tips for eating. The highlight was the ride with one of her horses and the spontaneous fondue barbecue with her around the campfire! Thank you for such a great stay!

The place is located in lovely area between Germany and Switzerland. It is small, but really perfect and cosy for two. Everything is nice and clean inside. There's quite some shops nearby, but the place itself is really calm and quiet. I totally recommend and would love to visit this place again :)

Bianca is a great hostess and welcomed us warmly. Waldshut-Tiengen / the city center is within walking distance and the environment of the apartment is very quiet. Absolutely recommended!

A real nice studio, a real kitchen, a good bed, all redone recently. Alles gut ... Passing with our bikes, we enjoyed the warm welcome of the family and discreet. The studio is under the shelter of Bianca and his family, we hear a little footstep of the little ones in the morning but that did not bother us. We would have liked to stay longer to talk about cycling or beekeeping, but the road was waiting for us .. We highly recommend it.

The family is very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. Me and my friend felt very comfortable in the apartment. The train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The location of the apartment is on the mountain, nice view from the kitchen window and quiet surroundings.

The apartment is very nice all in wood and very warm, the cleaning is perfect and the place is immersed in the black forest..Near there are a supermarket and a baker with magnificent bread and cakes..closed on holidays..a half hour from Friburg or lorrach..a hour from Colmar ... 15 minutes from Todtnau ..Near Lake Titisee and a magnificent spa and wellness center. Ideal in winter for skiing and snowboarding .. Ideal for couples .. families..or anyway who wants nature and tranquility

Hermann is very welcoming and always available to answer questions and give advice. The apartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped. The balcony is a real plus! It is an ideal place to hike and rest. We highly recommend this apartment!
