The Tiny House is a perfect little flat for holidays: new, clean, very chic designed, in a calm, good situated area. We missed nothing and felt realy fine there. Check-in and communication with Mattia was perfect.

A very nice apartment has received us. The equipment is good. The bathroom is fantastic. In the kitchen is the most necessary to prepare for breakfast and small snacks. You can not cook a big meal. You do not need that, because there are nice restaurants within walking distance. At the other end of the street was a good pizzeria (10 min). Right outside the door there was a gelateria, there was nut squirrels for breakfast. Parking was a bit difficult, but somehow it always worked. Within walking distance was a nice hike through the paper mill valley and the botanical garden. Do not miss: the Andre Heller garden in Gardone (neighboring village) and the drive to Monte Baldo (by boat first from Limone to Malchesine). Terrific. We will be back.

Everything went very smoothly and we felt very well. The apartment offers everything you need is very new and cozy. Mattia gave us a lot of business tips that we were very grateful for. Gladly again :)

The flat itself was nicely furnished and had pretty much everything you need. Everything looks very new and valuable and an elevator makes the way up to the second floor with your luggage easy-going. There is a beach very close but you have to mention that pets are allowed on that one. There might be dogs swimming right next to you. The only thing that is a bit critical is the parking situation. If your are out late (e.g. for dining) and come back you might not find a parking spot close to the apartment. However we always found one within 200m of the flat and most often even closer. All in all we really enjoyed the stay!

What a nice place ! Everything is faithful to the description. It was even better than we expected. It is indeed small as the name of this accommodation, but it is very cozy, comfortable, and everything is very well arranged. I personally had a big crush on the bathroom! We did not meet Mattia but all the contacts we had with him were warm and accurate. A few days before our arrival he sent us an email explaining how to access the Tiny House. It was very clear. He also explained to us where we could park for free and without disk (which is not easy to find near the lake!) The accommodation is located close to a small pebble beach, where animal lovers can relax while their four-legged friends cool off in the water. A supermarket open until 22h is about 1km so it's easy to walk. And for ice cream lovers, there is a glacier at the end of the street! What more ? In short, we had a very good stay at Mattia and regret not staying longer! We therefore strongly recommend this Tiny House for your stay at Lake Garda.

We had a very nice stay! The accommodation is very stylish. The check-in and check-out were super uncomplicated, there was also a detailed mail with information and good tips in the area. The beach, as well as some restaurants, bakery and ice cream parlors are only a few minutes walk away, otherwise the center and two supermarkets are within a 30-minute walk.

Ciao, The apartment of Sole is very nice it is located in the mountains of Toscolano-Maderno between Maclino and Vigole. We have been to Toscolano-Maderno more often but this apartment has let us enjoy the perfect holiday. The balcony of the apartment is located in the hillside with a great view over Lake Garda and creates a great atmosphere at breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a closed area with several apartments. The car is safe to park in the area, around it is quiet. The self check in works great. The contact to Sole was very good and friendly.

A very cosey little ‘cave’ studio - we enjoyed using Mattia’s charming place as our base. It is as described: a stylish studio appartment in a quiet residential area. We had our own car so had no trouble getting around or parking conveniently - in the evenings it was a pleasant 15-20min walk through quiet, narrow, colorful streets to restaurants etc. Mattia showed up very kindly to turn the heating on for us. We wanted a quiet get away, slightly away from the busier towns; perfect.

this place is a real gem if you like to choose somewhere steeped in original character but with all the modern amenities you need to be comfortable. Great wifi, superb bathroom and a restaurant on a little port at Gardnano recommended by the host was perfect

The apartment looks like on the pictures. It is really something special and definitely worth a visit. We did go on a hiking tour recommended by mattia, that was great. Mattia provides a great list of places to visit. We visited the trattoria Marietta and the osteria gatto d'ora both twice regarding the great food.

Mattia's flat is architectural gem. The design is so unique and thoughtful, and as designers, we appreciated all the special touches. The location is great on the lake with quick access by car to many great locations. Our favorite restaurant of the trip L'Osteria Gatto D'Ora is within walking distance. Don't miss this place if you stay here. Mattia was very responsive and a great host. We hope to go back to Lake Garda for another visit and to spend more time. Two days was not enough.

Highly recommend great place to stay local for everything

Very nice guy I presume. He wasn't home when we arrived and was already gone when we were on our way the next morning. (Around 8am) He was like a ghost and the only proof of him being there was a handwritten note and the breakfast he had prepared for us. Or rather we were the ghosts in his home...? But be it as it may the apartment was clean all over and well equipped. The communication was easy and we would've loved to get to know our host better, but we were almost asleep when he returned home. We really recommand a stay at Esilios. Matthias and Linda

Esilio is a very helpful and uncomplicated host and always managed to answer all our questions despite the language barrier. His place is located a little up the hill, but by car it was no problem and we could park right in front of it. Our room was small but very clean. Wifi was fast, too and we used the kitchen frequently without trouble. I would really recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of days near Lake Garda.

Esilio is very beautiful and exactly as described. The apartment is very clean and he and his partner are very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean accommodation located in a very quiet area, convenient for visiting the victorious Italians. The owners are friendly, nice and very helpful. They also served us a small breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Esilio was amazing host. Everything was perfect, the room was clean and cosy.

We are a family and had a great time in Toscolano-Maderno. The place was perfect to be a good base to go to other sights around the lake and is well equipped. There is the ferry nearby in Toscolano were you can go over to the other side of the lake, we made some joggings with seaview, and there are cafes at the seafront which were still open in October to have an icecream or an aperol sprizz at sunset. An extra: We enjoyed the roof top terasse (with jakuzzi) very much and spent time there reading and enjoying the landscape The children enjoyed the Swimmingpool. Mariana was a superkind host who offered us a lot of useful tipps for eating out and places to visit and the check - in was very helpful. Thanks!

Great place.. The apartment was beautiful and totally clean, with great facilities. From the big rooftop terrace there's a great view over the lake, the pool is big and clean. Marianna and her husband were the perfect hosts, also helped with our luggage and had great tipps. We would love to come back once again.

It was a very nice week on Lake Garda. The place was nice, not so tourist overloaded. Close to the lake and (gravel) beach. The apartment was small but adequate and well equipped. Pool clean and not too crowded. The rooftop jacuzzi was a nice change from the lake. Great view. Recommend this accommodation in any case, as the contact with the landlady was very nice and uncomplicated.

We had an awesome experience at Toacolano-Maderno especially because of the comfortable apartment and the perfect location. Marianna and her husband met us as soon as we arrived and showed us everything. The pool was never crowded and we had the chance to relax a lot. And if it got to loud (mostly because of children playing) we decided to hung out at the huge roof top with an awesome and perfect view over the lake and mountains. The apartment had everything we needed and if we had any questions, Marianna answered them right away. We can definitely recommend this apartment although it could get a little loud at night due to a crowded street underneath the apartment window. We would definitely come back here.

The location is super. very close to the beach. The appartment building has a rooftop with excellent view on the hills and on the lake. The pool is large and with good atmosphere...

The accommodation was as promised. Pool and roof terrace with Jacuzzi. Very nice facility. At night it was sometimes very loud.

Lovely little gem with outstanding hosts. Situated within a few minutes walk of Lake Garda and close to supermarkets and restaurants with parking outside the property. There were two pedal bikes available to use and lots of useful information about the area. Would highly recommend.

We had a very warm welcome at Sara’s place. The apartment is super nice an at a great spot. Everything you need is nearby (Supermarket, Lake, ...) If you plan to visit the Area around the Gardalake you should definitely stay here! :)

Cladio is a great host. His place was sparkling clean, he answered very quickly and helped us solve any problems we had. The place is super close to everything. Would stay again.

The apartments are located in a beautiful town. Two bedrooms + kitchen-living room. With children it is convenient. Two great balconies. One overlooks the olive garden. In the kitchen there is everything for cooking. A 5-minute walk to Auchan supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach. If you go to the left when leaving the courtyard, you can walk along the narrow old streets. Cons: no air conditioning and wi-fi. There is a fairly busy road nearby.

We had a great time in Toscolano-Maderno! Carlo's apartment is really big and clean. It is very close to a beach. Communication with the host is perfect. I recomend Casa Nora as a good base point to view all lovely towns surrounding Garda lake.

Nice apartment in a central location! The beach is about 7 minutes, supermarkets 2 minutes and the harbor 5 minutes. Our car was safely in the garage and was not moved. The apartment has everything you need, Wi-Fi would be nice for the kids. We enjoyed our stay very much and the admittedly very noisy street (main street around Lake Garda) was not very disturbing during the week, but really noisy at weekends. Nevertheless, we can recommend the apartment unreservedly and will be back for sure! Thanks Claudio for the fast and easy communication !!

We spent a week relaxing and relaxing family vacation in one of these beautiful apartments. Everything was wonderful: we had a beautiful view of Lake Garda, the apartment was very clean and for three people really big enough. The pool was of a good size and the kids from the other apartments got along great with our son, which of course made our holiday even more relaxing. :) The place is small, nice, manageable. There are several restaurants, ice cream shops, a few shops and a beach ... and the fashionable town of Saló, a little further south, it is not far: there was a few days ago a super-magnificent fireworks on the lake. 1000 thanks also for the help when our car battery did not start. Apartment and pool area was spotless, has beautiful views and amazingly helpful hosts. The area is great for mountain biking, walking and sailing. When we ran into difficulties with our car Edwardo and Umberto went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing apartment in a beautiful place.

Umberto's accommodation is extremely well located with a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. The pool is lovely and the area quiet and peaceful. All in all, a nice place if you want to stay in a smaller and quieter place. It is an added plus that there is a reception where you can go and get help, buy ice cream, wine etc. and order breakfast.

Lovely department for a young family, easy access and spectacular view of Garda Lake. Clean, and the hosts were friendly and helpful.

This accommodation is highly recommended if you want to enjoy a beautiful and quiet view of the lake in the morning and in the evening and then explore the breathtaking scenery. You have to be good on foot or use the car to get down to the lake. Upstairs it is idyllically relaxed and quiet, and even in early October you can still use the pool. Around the lake you will find good parking and more or less visited great destinations - depending on your preference. It is also worthwhile to go up into the mountains: the view is unforgettable. The mild climate and delicious Italian cuisine complete the well-being holiday. We will be back. Thank you for the hospitable welcome with the small regional delicacies.

The apartment is 100% as in the description. Super clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet. Very nice contact with Ioana and Filippo, who received us after a late arrival by traffic jam very friendly. There is a small shop, about 10-15 min walk, which has pretty much everything in stock. Especially the fresh rolls for breakfast are excellent. We had a wonderful holiday and would come back anytime.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy. The view from the balcony of Lake Garda can relax at any time of the day and the pool in the garden provides a welcome change. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a family with up to 2 children and leaves nothing to be desired, if you do not cry for luxury ;-). The place is a perfect starting point for activities on the west bank, but it is also thanks to the ferry dock in place quickly on the eastern shore, for example, to drive to the Monte Baldo. The contact was always friendly and helpful and we will be back! Recommend this property to 100%.

This apartment is bigger than we expected and you can find everything you need — from bathrobe to numerous types of coffee. The location is nice and the host was always ready to help us! We stayed in February but it was really warm and comfortable inside. Totally recommend

The accommodation is basic, but everything is there that you need. The shower is a bit adventurous, it flooded easily the whole bathroom. But there are always new towels. The breakfast is fantastic, the garden a wonderful setting. Lara is very happy and helpful.

First a little destabilized by another accommodation than the photos (I thought I had a studio), I still land in a very nice room, and the rest is largely offset by the very attentive reception of Lara, his super breakfast in this beautiful garden, and more by its advice of tourist activities. The hosts are incredibly nice and very hard-working! The location is superbly central, not far from the lake and bars and restaurants. The terraced gardens offer a wonderful place of rest with a fantastic view over the roofs of Maderno on the lake !!!

Everything perfect! Lara does not speak English, so French, Italian would be advantageous. The beach is about 10 minutes. I recommend the private beach. The costs for the whole day for 2 people with umbrella and beach chairs 25 euros. The public beach is rather uncomfortable because of the big stones. No sand.

The accommodation was really adorable and the hospitality was great. You could have breakfast in the beautiful garden and delicious coffee (Esspresso, cappuccino etc.). Also the Feühstück was really good with fresh ingredients. Especially the homemade cakes were delicious. We will be back.

The B & B is very nice and centrally located in an alley in the old town center and has a beautiful garden, where you can have breakfast idyllic. Lara is very hospitable and has provided us with everything necessary - from helpful tips on free parking nearby (worked flawlessly) on restaurant and excursion tips to lovingly prepared breakfast, umbrella and a little surprise farewell. Another highlight of the accommodation is certainly the sun terrace with lake view in a higher part of the garden, which we would have liked to use if the weather had played in our short stay.

I can fully agree with all previous reviews. I really liked the unique location with the terraces and the view to the lake. The tips from Lara we could implement, they were all very good and consistent. I will gladly recommend the Limonaia.

The apartment is small, but has everything you need for a holiday (kitchenette, fridge, small table, closet ...). It was a beautiful stay, in a quiet, secluded apartment. From the room you could hear the waves and enjoy the fresh wind. In all, the place and the accommodation was perfect.

I agree with the other reviews. OK airbnb. For me it was just perfect, but I was alone. Für two it could be small, especially if the weather is not so good. I agree with the shower, it's very small and there might have been better solutions, because enough space is there. But it worked, so... Very responsive host, very friendly at quick contact. Google.maps didn't find the street so it took me a bit longer to get there. Make sure, you get the right address! Relaxing backyard, direct access to the lake, I had a great week, thank you!

The place is situated in a quiet area of Maderno but also very close to the shore of the lake. Most amazing is the garden and its keeper, the owner of the house who always has a friendly word but never disturbs your privacy. The apartment is most charming and the decoration is well chosen by the owners. We would love to come back for another relaxing stay on this beautiful property.

We felt very comfortable. Mauro, the father of Sergio took us and Joy, our Labrador very well received and taken care of. Pros: great enclosed and lovingly landscaped grounds, lake only 400 meters away. Car ferry directly in place. Big supermarket 150 meters away .... There are no negative points ... Oh yes, I would like to have the recipe of the great and very tasty yeast cake ....

House is like in the pictures. The lake is easily accessible via the campsite. Mauro is very friendly and Rudy the dog is also very nice, he was happy with us (and our dogs) while that was not the intention of Mauro

The apartment was very nicely decorated and has a pleasant location. The garden is very well maintained. The car had a safe place in the carport on the property.

We felt very comfortable there and the accommodation was exactly as it was described. The Mauro has welcomed us warmly and we were already 1 hour earlier than planned there check in. The supermarket 50 meters in front of the door offers good and fresh things. The beach is almost around the corner. Sergio ‘s home is lovely , extra clean , with a wonderful garden where we enjoyed our morning coffees. This home is very close to the ferry that crosses the lake in 25 min . We will certainly go back when we will back in Italy. Thank you so much Sergio and Mauro , our lovely host.

Our perfect Italian holidays in Sergio’s place! The house is absolutely wonderful, cozy, clean and warm. all details are thought out, and all conditions are created so that guests feel comfortable. The garden is a dream! Beautiful, spacious and well-maintained, ideal for breakfast on the air or a glass of wine in the evening. Our children were happy running and playing in the garden. The location is perfect, the silence around, 5 minutes walking to the lake and promenade, supermarket in on the corner, you can also walk to cafes and restaurants. Sergio’s father Mauro is a great host, very considerate and helpful. I can say a lot more about this grate place and our stay there. Happy that we chose this listing among others. This property certainly lived up to our expectations and was a true reflection of the description and the warmth felt from other reviews. Mauro welcomed us and was very helpful throughout our two weeks, personal touches were very thoughtful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Access to the beach through the campsite was easy, the staff were very friendly, we loved the central location of the property to the Lake, we used the bikes a lot to get around and relaxed in the beautiful garden, a hummingbird hawk moth visited most evenings which was wonderful to see. We would definitely recommend this property and it’s family who want you to experience how lovely living on Lake Garda is ... all restaurants we went to served excellent Italian food, we used the car ferry as well which saved lots of time in the car. The kitchen is small but adequate, the rooms are equipped well and very clean, outside living is well catered for and the property is very private and secure. We had a wonderful time.

We stayed for a weekend in Loft15, a delightful and very well furnished space. The property is located in a quiet and central location, just a few steps from the lakefront and close to bars and pizzerias. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. Cristina was very kind both in welcoming us and in greeting us, she made herself very available for everything. A real pleasure to have known you.

Cristina is a super-host, thinking in details about customer’s needs! The location of the apartment is the best in town, close to the lake, restaurants and other facilities. Great location in the heart of Toscolano! Cozy space but nice a warm since we were there in a colder part of the year in the off season. The apartment had everything we needed and a quick walk away from shops and restaurants. Recommend trying Tana right next door! Would love to come back in the summer

Cristina welcomed us very warmly. We are very comfortable from the beginning felt in her loft. Everything was there, what we needed in the kitchen. We also liked the Maderno very much. The apartment was only a few steps away from the lake and the restaurants. Just around the corner. We would come back anytime. Only the public parking costs 7 Euro 50 per day.

This place was EXCEPTIONAL!! Spotless clean, modern, perfect location, easy to deal with the owner, just can't express how much we enjoyed our stay. Supermarket was 2 minutes walk, health spa was next door with good value for money. Restaurants within 1 minutes walk, the lake on the doorstep. Public transport 1 minutes walk. Ticked ALL the boxes and more. Christina is a lovely lady and filled with information and tips, also willing to go that extra mile for her guests. Would HIGHLY recommend this stay, we'll DEFINITELY be going back next year, Lake Garda is beautiful! x

Loft 15 is in a good location with everything we needed within walking distance from restaurants to super markets. Check in was easy as Cristina met us at the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we are ever visiting lake Garda again will most certainly be staying here.

Linda is an incredibly sympathetic host with great attention to detail. The breakfast is unique - every morning delicious, homemade cakes and other goodies, such as quiche, a kind of pizza, various types of cold meats and cheeses, homemade jams, fresh fruit and fruit salad, cogurt, cereal ... In addition a delicious cappuccino - so the day can start! The house is very remote, but very quiet and away from tourism. The right thing for nature lovers! In the vicinity there are some walking and hiking trails. Do not forget good shoes! By the way, you need about 10 minutes by car to Maderno. The decor is simple, but functional and above all clean! All in all an idyllic spot and definitely worth a visit!

I enjoyed my stay at Cà dei Casài very much and felt welcome from the first minute I arrived. The location is just amazing: peaceful, in the middle of nature and still easy to access. The room is spacious and the bathroom has all the comfort needed. I was able to relax in the garden with a unique view over Lago di Garda and the home's dog as a nice companion . Linda was very helpfull and so friendly. Her home-made breakfast made me feel like being at home and it was a great start of the day. I surely will be back if the opportunity arrises.

We had a beautiful stay of four nights in Lindas house at the lake. It's a really convenient location for relaxing. The garden around the house with its olive trees and incredible lake view is just perfect. Around the house you will find some mountains in walking distance and to the lake its only ten minutes by car down the hill. We enjoyed a room with lake view and felt very comfortable. The breakfast is really rich. Linda is a very warm and welcoming person and always helpful with our questions. We are really considering coming back the next year for one week or so...!

The garden is simply amazing, Linda very kind and helping and the beds so comfortable, that you don't want to wake up! :-)

Toscalano maderno bnb is very professionally run and easy to find with clear signposts from gaino. The views are amazing over the lake and the nearby little village is very cute. The room was clean and well equipped with comfortable bed and an information pack about the local area and restaurant tips. Breakfast is very nice and includes traditional food alongside cereal etc  The breakfast area can also be used at other times for meals and there is a fridge and utensils for guest use.  Linda is a very welcoming host and had everything ready for our arrival. She is always happy to answer any questions you may have and her English is excellent. She even shared her delicious spaghetti dish with us on our last night! Very sweet - we definitely recommend her bnb. 

The four nights at Sonia we liked it! Every morning there was a delicious breakfast overlooking Lake Garda. For questions Sonia was with words and deeds aside. The only drawback: The toilet had no toilet seat.

We could absolutely recommend to stay at Sonia’s B&B! The breakfast is wonderful and so are the rooms and the view from the terrace. It’s a perfect location to calm down and relax, but also spending time in nature and hiking. We thank Sonia for her hosting and the perfect tips!

Sonia's place is magical if you are here to explore by foot or car and just need somewhere to sleep! Sonia is a very sweet woman and she makes a good breakfast with a few small homemade treats and hot coffee. Everything in her home is natural, so you will not find bathroom products or detergent with chemicals. Please note that if you need Wi-Fi- I would look into a home outside of the mountains, and closer to Toscolano-Maderno, as it doesn't work almost at all in any home in the mountains because of the blocked signal. It's a 40 minute walk up a steep hill to get to the home from the water port/ferry from the other side of Lake Garda. Or Sonia can hook you up with a taxi for 5 euro. Highly recommend to go here by car and then everything will be perfectly easy for you. Shared bathroom with other guests that are staying in the flat. Please note: No living area--only the balcony outside. All this is included in photos but it surprised me as it was my first time to not have a living area. Only seating is on wooden chairs, or on your bed inside your room. Sonia was very helpful and gracious to help me get groceries and change the dates of my stay due to Wi-Fi troubles. I didn't get to do the meditation session as Sonia wasn't feeling up to it but I hope to next time if I come again. Thank you Sonia!

From low prices to the privileged position to visit Lake Garda, and the Vittoriale in particular, I expected something acceptable and proportionate to the price paid. Nothing of the kind: it was all superlative, even something that for many, but not for me, could be negative: the absence of a field for mobile phones. Thanks to it I was able to enjoy all the remaining qualities. Elegant and noise-free home. Extreme cleanliness and Swiss order. Parking under the house. Owner of great and interesting personality; so much so as to leave a bitter taste in my mouth for not having been able to deepen his exciting life experience. In conclusion: Marco's hospitality can be defined as the least expensive of those I have lived and as the most fantastic of all!

This is a beautiful house above Lake Garda, not far from Milan and Verona. Guest rooms on the 2nd floor, bathroom there. Guests have access to a small kitchen, which has everything you need. We really liked it here)

Fantastic view of Lake Garda in a well maintained apartment. The view from the pool over the lake is also priceless. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the hosts are always available with advice and assistance. It was a very relaxing stay, only the mountain is a bit challenging if you want to go to town or shop. But that's not a problem by car. The apartment is located high on the hillside and therefore offers a fantastic view over the lake. The decor is very nice, everything is there, what you need. The communication with the landlords is open, friendly, fast and smooth. Toscolano-Maderno offers several shopping opportunities, a beautiful beach and a boat charter. For dining, shopping and strolling but recommend the neighboring villages Gargnano and Gardone and of course Saló. In summary: We would come back anytime!

My friend and I stayed for a week in this beautifully located apartment this September. The view from your own spacious balcony is a dream. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is nothing missing. The pool, which belongs to the entire condominium, we liked it. Also from there you have a great view of Lake Garda. The pool we had almost every day for us alone. The communication with the hosts and the check in worked flawlessly. The apartment is located on a relatively steep slope. Therefore we drove always down with the car in the place. In the village there are enough parking possibilities. The place offers restaurants, supermarkets and a beautiful promenade on Lake Garda. Small streets with beautiful boutiques to stroll around but you will not find it. There are neighboring places that can be reached by car in just a few minutes, nice shopping and dining options. All in all, it was a dream vacation. We would come back anytime.

Lara has a beautifull place with a clean and cosy bedroom. She is more than happy to tell you about the surroundings and she’ll give you a map with good places to swim and eat. Especially the restaurant “il tana” she recomanded was great! Breakfast is nice too.

The place is very charming since the entrance hall. The reception of the two dogs, Bignè and Meringa, was an added value for us. The cozy and clean room and the very comfortable bed! Last but not least, the great cakes they offered us for breakfast! Not to mention our hosts, very nice, welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommended!

A great accommodation in a quiet residential area. Mauro, Sergio's father, is always available to answer questions and give great tips. The lake is not far away and in the garden, under olive trees, you can also relax wonderfully.

Sergio’s place is a greatspot to stay at Lago di Garda! The apartment is furnished simply, but comfortably. The garden is definitely what sets it apart. It is beautiful, spacious & has plenty of outdoor seating, grill & covered parking on the premises. We didn’t meet Sergio, but his father Mauro was extremely nice and even brought us fresh warm pastries for breakfast on Sunday! They also provide bikes to use for free. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, with a huge and super-kept garden. The house is a gem, spacious, a stone's throw from the market and a stone's throw from the lake. Sergio and his family were super-courteous and even advised us to do lots of activities. The house is clean and complete with everything! Super super recommended !!!!

This is the best apartment with the best location on the lake Garda! It is 5 min walk from the lake. Quite place with its own garden, swimming pool and everything one can need. We fell in love with this place and didn't want to leave)

It was our second stay at Umbertos apartment. As usual everything was perfect. Everyone is kind and answers your questions. Also the view is gorgeous, you can see the whole lake. Definitely can and will recommend.

Access was no problem, little steep but they even provided a video for finding the right street etc. We found nothing wrong and we are suggesting this place.

A great place to stay and Umberto is a very helpful and friendly host who tries to make the stay more enjoyable than he already is. Everything looks as in the photos and we loved the cleanliness. At temperatures of up to 34 degrees, we were very grateful about the air-conditioning system and were equally pleased that they could be individually adjusted for the rooms with the one remote control. The view of the pool and behind Lake Garda was a dream, especially in the morning for breakfast. (Who likes can even enjoy German TV.) Unfortunately, the WLAN did not work with us, but we were traveling anyway every day, so we did not particularly bother. We were certainly not the last time there. The price / performance ratio is awesome!

The place is great - a refurbished old building in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We liked the tastefully furnished open space and the terrace with its splendid view over hills and rooftops. We found the kitchen clean and well-equipped and liked the choice of books on shelve (Italian cook books, philosophy, maps of the region and coffee table books about motor bikes and art, crime novels and much more). It is simply a good place to stay when you like to be “off” without being in the countryside (yes, the Internet connection has been stable & fast ;-)

This large apartment is a great retreat to relax and unwind. The equipment is at a high level - great details, tasteful and individual. Overall, I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Note: the parking situation is italian style, but finally good solvable.) To the landlord: great, good, spontaneous and uncomplicated communication and always very friendly and helpful. Conclusion: recommended and gladly again.

Good day, I would like to give a tip to all the travel-loving people who want to spend their holidays on Lake Garda. Bay at Lara! We have an 8-month-old son named Toni and we were very excited as our first holiday will be a threesome. At Lara we felt very comfortable and also Toni. There was nothing wrong with us. Super delicious homemade cake ... every morning. A dream to have breakfast in this garden. Lara has described many beautiful places around the lake. Thanks for this information! We would book anytime again with Lara! The dogs are also super good and are always leashed for breakfast. Incredibly nice cozy holiday with Lara. Everything is super clean. Every second day was cleaned. The kitchen is great enough. The air conditioning was super helpful. Bathroom with shower was great. Towels were always fresh. Bed was new. We did not miss anything!

Antica limonaia is the oasis of peace that you don't expect in a highly touristic area. The shared spaces are delicious, the room is large and clean, the breakfast varied and really abundant. Lara is an inexhaustible source of information, her love for the area is evident and I highly recommend a stay at her B&B. Awesome!

Beautiful setting !!! Ideally located. Home super nice, breakfast at the top. Single room but with everything you need. May be a small bad note for the open shower that suddenly floods the bathroom floor when it is used. But after all, we "bathe" in the lake atmosphere :)

Laura was a great host, who communicated regularly and kept us informed, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was really nice, had amazing views and was just what we were after.

You can only recommend a trip here! Laura and Sergio are super nice and helpful. We were almost never on Lake Garda, because it is just too nice at the top of the pool. That our dog was received so warmly and could enjoy many freedoms was the i-Tüfpelchen. We'll be back for sure!

If you want to really relax, this is the place for you. You have absolute peace in the accommodation and when you drive down to the village, but still everything your heart desires. Especially beautiful is the view of the lake, which you can enjoy both from the private terrace and the bedroom, as well as from the pool. The additional outdoor showers under the open sky are highly recommended. Laura and Sergio are super warm and always on hand if something should be. We are excited.

Clara is a super host helping and supporting in any way via Whatsapp and AirBnB Chat. Her apartment is very tidy, well equipped, great located. In the near area there are great places to eat, swim and chill out. We would recommend to secure the balcony better. It is huge and great but kids cannot be unattended at any time. Parking is difficult, if you have a very big car or are traveling w/ two cars. Clara offers a free garage which is absolutely awesome! We can absolutely recommend the apartment and the host! 5 ⭐️ - Thanks for hosting us! :-)

The apartment is mere minutes away from a beach, Clara's private dock which we used frequently and enjoyed thoroughly. We found the area great for exploring. Walks available in either direction along the lake with many places to catch a ferry from. We loved it!

Spacious, quiet, super clean and extremely well appointment apartment with all things needed for a comfortable stay with small baby (ours was 10 months old). Our car didn’t fit into the garage so be mindful If your drive is mid size or bigger; however Clara showed a free unlimited parking about 5 mins away on foot and we never had a problem with leaving the car there (albeit it was in October so may be a different story in the summer). Clara was easily contactable and provided helps and advise when needed, so we recommend her as a very appreciable and for friendly host.
