Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. Best pool, great views, in a 17th c Palazzo

The top floor of this historic listed palazzo(but at road level) with 2 bedrooms and lots of space. The views are amazing and you get use of one of the best ever pools! The views are amazing down the beautiful Valnerina. At an altitude of 550m the air is usually fresher than in the valley - but still plenty warm enough in summer. In spring and autumn it is a great area for walking or cycling.
