For business reasons I stayed with Renzo, initially chosen for the very advantageous price, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise with unquestionable host service and availability. The center of Brescia is easily accessible by car, therefore ideal for short stays in the city.

Renzo's house proved to be a perfect choice, both logistically (really close to the city and easily accessible, with a convenient parking) and intrinsic quality of the service. Renzo is an attentive and kind host, the room is bright, clean and furnished with simplicity and taste. A very clean, very convenient stay. You can reasonably walk to any attraction in the city from here, but it's also steps from the train station and other public transit options. I felt very safe here and Paola was lovely to chat with.

Small apartment located in a strategic residential area: near the University, the Hospital and well served by bus and subway: in 10 minutes you reach the city center. Not far away, beautiful walks in tranquil public gardens and, 5 minutes away by car, in the green Valle di Mompiano. An excellent solution close to the center of Brescia, easy to park and even move with public transport if necessary. Room and shared bathroom in very good condition. It must be remembered that it is a 4th floor without a lift, so not suitable for people with mobility problems (it is not my case!). Andrea was very kind and despite my protests he absolutely wanted to bring his suitcase up the stairs.

The apartment is close to the center and easy to reach from the train station. There is also parking nearby. The apartment is clean, well and practically furnished. There were three of us there and we felt very comfortable. We would come back.

Special Neapolitan pizzeria nearby, where you can choose pizzas from all Italian regions! Nicholas waited for us despite train delay in the evening - thank you for everything! (Definitely visit the Museum of Santa Giulia!) Gladly again.

Very cute studio apartment located very close to the center of Brescia. The place was furnished very nicely and we had everything we needed. The only negative thing is the bed. It's a very thin mattress on a pull out couch and not comfortable more than one or two nights. Other than that, it's a great place to stay! Silvia was very responsive and quick to respond to any requests!

The apartment is located very close to the historic center and the station, therefore logistically very comfortable. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything needed for a stay as if you were in your own home. The sleeping area is on the mezzanine and in winter the heating made it particularly pleasant. The bathroom is surprisingly large and equipped with a washing machine. Donatella is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and attentive to meet any need. I was very happy to stay for a long period (30 days) and if I return I would definitely be my first option.

I stayed for two nights in Josi's apartment. I arrived in the morning and she made the effort to arrange an early check-in, much appreciated. The apartment is shared, you may have one person in the flat with you. The bed is comfortmable and the room has ample of space. Internet was stable. Bathroom clean and hot water. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a residential area, its 10-15 minutes to the city centre. Restaurants and shops are nearby, a bar downstairs, a big supermarket is nearby. Recommended

Beautiful apartment in a quiet residential area at the foot of the hills. Communication with the host took place without difficulty. Only at check in was there a bit 'of slight confusion because the daughter of the host had not been informed of our arrival, but everything was then easily resolved in a couple of minutes. The house was clean and well functioning. Mosquito nets would make it even better than it already is, but overall our experience has been very good. I lived in Giuliana's apartment for a month, from September to October 2018. Recommended for people like me who studied at Cast Alimenti! I had an absolutely positive feedback. Giuliana is a very available woman, she offered a very complete total service. The apartment is very close to the underground station Ospedale, a few steps away there is a Carrefour open 24 / 24h, with a walk of about 15 minutes you are in downtown Brescia and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The house has every possible comfort as well as having very comfortable interiors inside.

The space was a wonderful place to stay. Adriana took care of all the little details you will need to stay and be comfortable, and her hospitality is amazing. She is an excellent host and tried her best to accommodate all our needs and even anticipating what we might need during our stay (she even dropped off an extra umbrella so both of us can have one). The space is perfectly laid out, with all the amenities you need for both short and long stays. It was very clean and tidy. The place is perfectly located especially if you don't have a car. It's just a 5 minute walk to two of the piazza's where you can get coffee, sweets or just have a nice walk. The bakery downstairs is nice if you have a sweet tooth. The only little drawback is the parking situation. There is free parking about 5 minute walk from the apartment, but difficult to find a space at times. We paid for a monthly space at the parking deck that was about a 3 minute walk from the house, so it was OK for us. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Cozy little apartment in the lively Carmine neighbourhood. Well equipped and stylish. Very quiet in the morning, you can easily sleep in until midday if you forget to set your clock :-) Adriana was a charming host; she let me park my bicycle in the common space downstairs.

I booked Hilario's room to host my sister and my brother when they came to visit me and they had a very good experience. Hilario was super nice and waited for us to arrive on the first night as my brother's flight was delayed. He was nice and made sure that they had a good experience. The apparment was clean and my family loved spending time with Hilario's beautiful cats. I recommend him as a great host as he's friendly and clean.

The flat is clean and really well located. Nicholas answered quickly. We've also had a problem with the toilets and he fixed it almost immediately. We recommand his flat.

The apartment is as seen in the photos, small, but with all the comforts, it has a large bathroom and very good heating. The bed is comfortable, with nice sheets and a very warm padding! The location is unbeatable, really all at hand! We found it very comfortable in all aspects, I would certainly return!

It was fantastic, very fast and simple, impeccable cleaning, for 2 people it is perfect, I recommend it to everyone, located 2 steps from the center of Brescia from which you can reach every half. Quiet place, I recommend to anyone who wants to visit Brescia.

The ground floor apartment is extremely welcoming and silent. Located strategically, not far from the entrance of the Civil Hospital. Very well served to downtown by metro and public transport (line 10). Equipped with Wi-fi and autonomous heating.

The apartment is just a few meters from the entrance of the Brescia Civil Hospital and the underground. Apartment on the ground floor and quiet and equipped with balcony.

Very nice location, right in the center of Brescia. Literally 50 meters to the central dome, next to cafes... perfect to explore the city, close to Lago di Garda

The attic of Giusi is exactly as in the photos, very accurate and perfectly clean, and complete with everything necessary to guarantee a good stay. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent position, very central, and communication with Giusi, fast and precise in the answers. Only detail: on summer days, it can get a little hot because there is no air conditioner. Sleeping with the windows open, during the night a beautiful fresh breeze enters, but also a lot of noise from the street below, despite being in the historic center. In any case, the stay was pleasant!

All very clean and well maintained, excellent area

Delightful small attic in the very center of Brescia, well furnished, cared for, welcoming and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Absolutely recommended and Giusi is a very helpful and quick host in responding to any need. Only keep in mind that there are 3 steep flights of stairs to do on foot. The apartment is also located in the ZTL area therefore it is useful to park in other areas. However, all points of interest in the city can be easily reached on foot or by urban transport.
