Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. The cozy apartments are lovingly furnished in the Bavarian-modern country house style. Our guests receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge!

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" auf der Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding Die gemütliche Almhütte „Almbrünnerl“ auf 1000 m Höhe, direkt am Waldrand inmitten des Wandergebiets Unternberg, bietet auf 30 m² alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Sie verfügt über eine Küche, einen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (180x200), TV, WLAN, einen Nachtspeicherofen sowie Dusche/WC. Genieße die überdachte Terrasse mit Eckbank und großem Tisch. Die Hütte ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar.

You reach the newly built vacation home via your own staircase. Once here, you will find a 15 sqm roofed terrace with all the amenities for lounging, eating and sundowning.. On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

Our sustainable vacation home "Woid 12," completed in 2023, is located in the climatic health resort of Siegsdorf at an altitude of about 780 m (Chiemgau, Voralpenland) and is characterized by two separate apartments, each 100 square meters. Experience the enjoyment of nature right at your doorstep, where literally “fox and rabbit say good night.” The detached house impresses with its unobstructed view of the forest, meadows and mountains.

The apartment house "am Taubensee", consisting of several apartments, is quietly located on a lake and at the foot of the Rauschberg, the local mountain of Ruhpolding. We welcome dogs, they stay with us for free. If you are looking for peace in nature, you have come to the right place. We also offer a morning bread service at peak times.
