The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

He has been humbled for more than a century, is in great shape, convinces with its quiet aura, invites you to breathe from everyday life and is only suitable for fit people, as the upper floor is accessible with an extendable staircase. No neighbors, no wifi but electricity, running water and cell phone reception. Getting up with the deer and rabbits is not uncommon.
