Da Bergen als Inselhauptstadt zentral liegt,ist man in wenigen Kilometern an der Ostseeküste 🌊⚓und auch bei den Störtebeker Festspielen. Die berühmten Kreidefelsen befinden sich in Sassnitz. Das Naturerbezentrum mit dem Baumwipfelpfad in Prora.

Dank der Nähe zum benachbarten Hotel gibt es die Möglichkeit Restaurant und Frühstücksangebot im Hotel zu nutzen. The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

A mix of modern technologies, historical construction, unnecessary gadgets and a facility that only the next generation will have to carry to the bulky waste, should make any rainy days a secret wish. And yes, it's true, we want to make money, but only with your smile.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

The vacation home is located in the small district of Zaase surrounded by meadows and fields. The property is connected with a bike path to the ports of Schaprode and Wittower Ferry. A riding stable is close by. Many interesting excursion destinations are only a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.
