Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

Thanks to its rich natural heritage, the Rosandra Valley, with its unique surface watercourse of the Trieste Karst, the Glinščica stream and the waterfall of about 40m has always been a destination for hikers and rock climbers.
