Med bivanjem v tem prenočišču na osrednji lokaciji boste z družino blizu vseh pomembnih točk. Nahaja se v mirnem središču vasi Škofije oddaljeno 7 km od Trsta, 7 km do Kopra. Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the entrance to the Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice Reserve, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to its rich natural heritage, the Rosandra Valley, with its unique surface watercourse of the Trieste Karst, the Glinščica stream and the waterfall of about 40m has always been a destination for hikers and rock climbers.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Arrampicato sul colle di S.Vito, in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, è distante soli 10 minuti a piedi tanto dalla centralissima piazza Unità, quanto dal Castello di S.Giusto.
