Restaurant, bakery and small supermarket within walking distance (10 minutes) in the village. Arrival possible by train. Village Murnau with lots of shops and cafes in 15 minutes. Car ride accessible. In winter, groomed trail in good snow conditions within walking distance. The Zugspitzbahn in Grainau is a 30-minute drive away.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex, the pedestrian zone is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy, fully equipped, as we have lived in it until recently. Murnau is located on the Munich - Innsbruck railway line, Garmisch and the Königs-Schlösser can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms There is a tourist tax on site.

Our cosy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and Riegsee lake can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach baths as well as refreshments can be reached at any time in a long walk or by bike in 5 minutes... depending on the fitness level :)
