Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten, 55 qm grossen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Süd-Balkon, in der wir Ihnen ein " Heim fern von zuhause " bieten ! Die gut gedämmte Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg und ist auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Der Zugang ist über den Balkon, ihr Auto hat einen eigenen Stellplatz.

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

Unsere ca 40m2 große Ferienwohnung liegt im Herzen des Sauerlandes direkt am Naturpark Arnsberger Wald und dem Ruhrtalradweg. Trotz ruhiger Lage ist eine gute Autobahnanbindung in das Ruhrgebiet vorhanden . Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine umfassende Ausstattung und einen Terassenbereich. Die Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsziele. Super auch als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen mit Hund. Auslauffläche in Arnsberg ca 10 min. mit dem Auto.
