The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

Nice granny apartment in a quiet location/ Wallbox

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Spacious apartment + terrace, grill, garden

Rural yet close to the city. A variety of excursion destinations and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.

The first floor apartment is located in a house built in 1935 and offers optimal space for up to 5 adults. The high ceilings, large windows and cozy furnishings give the apartment its feel-good character. In summer, a private garden can be used, which is reached directly via the patio door and we are also happy to provide you with a grill. You can feel at home here.
