This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Close to restaurants and shopping in Ballantyne and SouthPark. Jump on the light rail to enjoy all that Charlotte’s uptown has to offer.

Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

Find peace and quiet in this newly constructed private Guest House. Nestled just 7 minutes from Uptown and a short walk (0.4 miles) to the Newbern Light Rail Station in South End. The Guest House boasts 10 foot ceilings, Quartz Countertops, and Upscale Amenities which include a roomy walk-in shower, King Size Bed, Nespresso Machine and a large 75-inch TV. We also have a Tesla/EV charger if needed.
