And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. This spacious studio has a bedroom area (with a bed and wardrobe), a living area (with sofa and smart TV) and a kitchenette. There is also a utility room and the bathroom. AC works on cooling & heating mode. Recently installed windows to provide great insulation of sound and heat.
