And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Beautiful spacious, comfortable apartment of 75m2 with air conditioning and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. Terrace both front and side. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 burner induction hob, oven, coffee maker etc. A very spacious bedroom with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating for the winter. There is a closed parking lot.
