Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Es gibt viele Traumschleifen in unserer Gegend, die zum Erwandern einladen. Ich freue mich auf euren Besuch 😊

Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Cheerful colours and warm wood tones permeate this open and bright flat. When you wake up in the morning, the first rays of sunshine fall through the large windows and welcome the day. And when the weather is gloomy, just make yourself comfortable on the sofa next to the wood-burning stove. Welcome to Medardam Glan. Medard is a municipality in the district of Kusel, Rhineland-Palatinate. The place is surrounded by altitudes with orchards. From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, one one a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The apartment also has a balcony.

We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
