House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Welcome to your cozy apartment in a quiet location with a large balcony. In the upper area, a bedroom for two people awaits you, in the living and dining area you can relax. If necessary, I will provide you with an inflatable bed, so up to four guests can be accommodated. You have a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and parking right outside the door. The S-Bahn train is a 15-minute walk away, the bus stop is almost directly by the house.

Despite direct train connections to Munich (30 minutes' drive), the train station is 800 meters away, 25 minutes' drive, by car to Munich Airport, you can sit back and relax here. The small town has everything you need from the 18-hole golf course (behind the garden fence) to shopping, great walking and cycling paths and in the immediate vicinity a varied range of gastronomy and entertainment.

Es besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (ca. 30 qm) mit voll ausgestatteter moderner Küche und Schlafbereich. Zur Erholung nutzen Sie den großen Garten. Mit Bus und Bahn (Fahrten von 7 - 22 Uhr) erreichen Sie München Hbf in ca. 60 Minuten. Der Bus fährt wochentags stündlich, an Wochenend- und Feiertagen nur alle zwei Stunden nach Hilgertshausen.
