We had a lovely time, the welcome was warm and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, great walks. Very hospitable, would definitely come back to stay. Tea, coffee and extras were provided. Beautiful garden to sit and relax in. Bed very comfortable.

Unfortunately it rained when I arrived, so Wolfie offered to picked me up from the train station in his vintage LandRover :-) The host Wolfie was very friendly and fun to talk to. He gave me some good suggestions how to continue my trip through the black forest. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom large and very clean. The house is very nice with the old stone walls and also the garden is beautiful. There was everything I needed for my stay ;) Guess I have to come back to Wolfie´s nice place to enjoy more time in this lovely area of Germany sometime.

We were cycling along the Danube Bike Trail from Donaueschingen and we spent the first night in Wolfie's house. It was a very nice place to spend the night and Wolfie and his wife are great hosts. Wolfie was very helpful in providing us information about the area and also helped us to inflate the tires of our bikes. Their house is very nice and clean. The area is quite and slightly wild, but can be easily accessed. There is also a place across the street were they serve very good food and beer at reasonable prices.

Wolfie is a very nice and kind host. I didn't plan very well for my trip. The day i came to his place was a bit rainy and windy. He picked me up from the train station and borrowed me the umbrella when I went to the forest. He also told me the best route in the forest. Although , I always bring some troubles to him. He helps me a lot. He has a very very CUTE cat,named Tiger! Tiger is like a baby ,so soft and warm! ! This is a wonderful trip for me

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un logement très confortable. La maison se trouve dans un petit village de vacances dans la campagne allemande. Très calme et reposant avec une belle vue. Ernst avait préparé des boissons fraiches et une corbeille de fruits pour notre arrivée, ce qui nous a fait très plaisir.

Wir kamen an und alles war super: Haus war sauber, die Beschreibung hat gestimmt, es hat alles gepasst. Ernst kam einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft kurz vorbei, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir wussten, wo er erreichbar ist, ansonsten war die Kommunikation angenehm locker. Da das Haus nicht an unserem Abfahrtstag gleich wieder gebucht war, konnten wir später auschecken, was uns einen gemütlichen Morgen bescherte. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem empfehlenswerten Gastgeber.

We love the house! It's not too big, but just nice to fit us all (6 adults & 2 very small kids). Well-equipped and comfortable, not forgetting the nice scenery surrounding. Family friendly as well. We'd gladly recommend Margarita's place to anyone visiting the area!

Charlotte and her mother, Hannelore, responded promptly to all our initial messages. The house was clean and spacious and the price was very reasonable. Hannelore was friendly and kind enough to provide us with good tips for local restaurants and the like. We look forward to returning.

The house was big and spacious. Charlotte's mother welcomed us very kindly. When we needed their help she helped us very quickly. The only negative part is that there isn't any possibility of having internet.

Cette maison correspond tout à fait à nos attentes. Spacieuse, bien équipée, un très grand balcon, et un beau jardin. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part d'Hannelore et Dietrich, les parents de Charlotte. Ils sont très réactifs en cas de besoin. Adresse à retenir pour des vacances au calme, à la campagne. Côté pratique, la boulangerie du bourg, à 5 minutes à pied est excellente. De plus, les courses peuvent être faites à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons donc passé un très agréable séjour à la lisière de la forêt noire (rapidement accessible en voiture pour de belles randonnées). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Eine wunderschöne, saubere Wohnung mit einer herrlichen großen Balkon mit Südausrichtung und einem kilometerweiten Blick in die Landschaft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wohl öfter zu Gast sein.

Der Aufenthalt in Donaueschingen war wunderbar. Wir haben zu fünft in Hannelores schöner Wohnung gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben bei kleinen Problemen sofort geholfen. Hoffentlich können wir nächstes Jahr bei dem Musiktagen wiederkommen

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem haben wir uns über die Spielsachen (für drinnen und draußen) und Hörspiel-CDs für die Kinder gefreut. Die Wohnung ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Auch im Übrigen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Feriendorf in welchem sich die Doppelhaushälfte befindet liegt oberhalb von Öfingen, weshalb wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes eine wunderschöne Aussicht genießen konnten.

Ernst is a very friendly host. He sent us all the necessary information before the arrival. The hotel offers full description. The view is great! The accommodation was prepared beautifully and lovingly. We would definitely return!

Ernst is a great host, very helpful. The house was extremely clean, tidy and well organized, not missing anything! The village is near the forest, very quiet. You can reach Villingen or other nearby towns in a few minutes (20 min. From Villingen) car. there is also a connecting bus. The morning of our departure it was snowing, but the internal streets of the village were cleared away immediately, very well organized! If I return to definitely ricontatterò Ernst area.

We were very well welcomed by Ernst, a bottle of Coke and milk were waiting in the fridge if that was convenient for us! his cottage is beautiful and warm, it is identical to the description, 2 bedrooms with two very large very comfortable beds !! a magnificent view of the valley from the lounge !! very quiet and relaxing, tastefully decorated .... dishes and kitchen accessories its abundant, a lot of material. bathroom very well appointed with a nice shower. Super nice care and yet not intrusive. House was heated when we arrived, the refrigerator cold, different fruit on the table and the coffee was filled with coffee beans. Everything was aired and and super clean! Very cozy house, very spacious for four adults, kitchen well equipped. You had to give up anything. Beautiful terrace and garden. Very quiet outside of school holidays.

Que dire, c’était génial avec ce superbe séjour d’une semaine ou nous étions comme chez nous (2 adultes et un enfant). Nous avons été agréablement bien accueillis par Ernst, qui nous attendait. La cuisine est spacieuse et dans le frigo il y avait 2 bouteilles d’eau, du lait et 3 paquets de bonbons ce qui fut bien pratique pour nous ! La maison chalet est magnifique et chaleureuse, fidèle en est la description, 2 belles chambres avec 2 grands lits et un petit canapé très confortables. Depuis le grand salon la vue est magnifique sur la vallée. La terrasse est ensoleillé avec des meubles de jardin, l’endroit est vraiment très calme, belle décoration et vaisselle avec accessoires de cuisine qui son abondante en un mot cuisine tout équipé. La salle de bain est bien agencée avec une douche très pratique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si besoin. Merci à Ernst pour sa gentillesse et son attention. Nous avons eu des réductions pour les thermes de bad Dürrheim. La localisation est très bien pour la région et pour faire le Fasnet. Family carré

Sarah and his husband was amazing. The apartment is very beautiful, clean and comfortable and warm. The village is nice and the people very kind. There are some good pubs and a backery and a market. Perfect place for our day off from the tour. We'll come back for sure and I suggest you to do the same!

Wegen einer Hochzeit, suchten wir für eine Nacht eine Bleibe. Die Unterkunft bei Sabine übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief total unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Sehr angenehm war, dass es zwei unterschiedlich dicke Decken gab. So war mir nicht zu warm und meiner Freundin nicht zu kalt ;) Am nächsten Morgen war der Kaffee bereits warm gestellt, sodass wir wieder gestärkt abreisen konnten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, alles machte einen sehr herzlichen und einladenden Eindruck.

Das Zimmer bei Sabine ist richtig toll. Sowohl das Zimmer wie auch das dazugehörige Bad sind sauber, gross und haben alles, was man sich wünschen könnte. Am nächsten Morgen hat mir Sabine sogar ein wunderbares Frühstück zubereitet. Kurz und gut: ich habe ich bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt und würde das Zimmer jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Eveline was amazing - although we arrived late she managed to come to show us the flat immediately, she even invited us to her sister's birthday party. She kindly told us where to go running in the morning and which way to go towards Danube, Donaueschingen is really worth seeing. The flat is very nice as well as the room. We were also offered breakfast and coffee in the morning. I can highly recommend this accommodation and would surely love to come back!

Very nice, spacious apartment. Well furnished, one really has everything you need. We could spend a cozy evening by the fireplace and enjoy a great breakfast. The landlady was very open and friendly and approachable.

Karin made us feel very welcome right from the start by picking us up from the station (and returning us at the end) and often called in (not at all in an intrusive way) enquiring if we were OK. The area is quiet and peaceful with a nice walk to the station from where we could make some excellent free trips within Blackforest using our Konus cards. We had a really nice time with Karin, she made us feel very welcome in the house, giving us help to find walks in the area, but also left us to enjoy ourselves. The room was clean and comfortable and the art adds a novel touch. We could have happily stayed longer.

Die Tage bei Karin waren sehr angenehm. Es gibt 2 Zimmer, ich durfte mir aussuchen welches der Zimmer mir lieber war. Beide sind sehr hell und haben eine schöne Aussicht. Die Küche befindet sich eine Etage tiefer und hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist ruhig, der Garten toll. Ich fand den künstlerischen Touch im Haus und Garten auch toll - zum wohlfühlen. Die Stadt Hüfingen hat mich auch positiv überrasch - eine gemütliches, schönes Städtchen. Karin, herzlichen Dank für Deine Gastfreundschaft !

Karin and Jürgen made us feel part of the family from day one, while at the same time gave us all the freedom we needed for our family. This is the ideal holiday house for families looking for a quiet place close to fantastic sightseeing options from the deep forest to biking around a lake. Families have access to their kitchen, their playground, toys and their beautiful garden. Even washer and dryer is an option. We are very thankful for these days in Tengen, and hope to return soon.

Very nice, helpful, and welcoming hosts! We enjoyed talking with them over a few shared meals. The room was comfortable and stayed cool even during a heat wave. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants and a store nearby. Overall we really enjoyed our time here.

They were nice, kind hosts, who helped us anytime where to travel or what to see. They offer you bicycles also to travel somewhere in town. On the last day they invited us on a private garden party. I can only offer them to anyone!

We stayed in the lower part of the house, very private accomodation. Easy parking on the property, close to Switzerland, Schaffahausen area. Beatiful area with rolling hills, actually on the edge of the well known Black Forest. Very quite little vilage, excellent grocery store in the village with good quality food, and bakery section was excellent. We had no issues communicating with the Host as I speak little bit German, otherwise Karin and Jurgen understands English as well. Very nice and pleasent people, we even met their grandchildren. A real family setting while not intrusive to the guests. We are intending to return summer time as we would like to explore the Black Forest reagion

We had a really pleasant two-night stay at Karin and Jürgen's place in Tengen. We spent New Year's Eve with them and their daughter and her family and were treated very warmly. Jürgen even amazed us with amazing New Year's fireworks! The room was clean, spacious and private. The breakfast was lovely and we were treated like part of the family. Karin and Jürgen are very warm, helpful, and friendly people. It was a great introduction to south Germany and we will leave with many great memories!
