We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

The bright apartment with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging offers space to relax. The holiday apartment 'Zeichner' is located in Geisingen and overlooks the mountains. The 96 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services (in each bedroom), heating, a washing machine, a design fireplace, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The property itself is a 3-room apartment, quietly located, towards the forest, on the upper floor of the house.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.
