Ammersee-Maisonette: 12 idyllic minutes' walk to the lake

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

2 min to the lake promenade, 3 min to Starnberg train station: from here every 20 minutes S-Bahn and once/h the train, which is in 20 minutes in Munich main train station. But the apartment itself also has it: it is flooded with light and offers enough space for a pleasant feeling of living. It is modern and with oak wood parquet. It has two balconies and a terrace furniture to linger with lake views. Towels and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Vacation home Max

Located in the Fünfseenland in the village of Gilching, the modern holiday apartment Max has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 67 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.

Atelier

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Spacious, bright 3-room apartment (living room, 2 bedrooms with balcony) with high-quality furnishings (about 80 sqm of usable space) on the 2nd floor of a two-family house has its own access. Quiet but central location in Gilching (25 minutes by car to Munich City or to the Upper Bavarian Lakes (Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammersee, Lake Wörthsee). Munich city can be reached in 30 minutes by S-Bahn (line S8). Shops for daily needs are all within walking distance (5 minutes).

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
