The house with about 110 m² has on the ground floor a bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facilities. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer. The property is located in a very quiet residential area. Shopping and S-Bahn are within walking distance.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
