For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. At the same time, you can quickly reach Munich and Erding – perfect for city breaks, family outings or a visit to Therme Erding. With two bedrooms, a private kitchen, a bathroom and plenty of space, the apartment is ideal for couples and families.

Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

Our modern, quiet 2-room apartment with 70 square meters, which is located on our well-kept equestrian farm, was completed in 2024. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a box spring bed and a large wardrobe. In the living and dining room, there is a spacious living area and a cozy dining table in addition to a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in rain shower. In front of the entrance area there is a seating area at your disposal.

Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
