Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. My Home Temporary living

We offer you an attractive, very spacious 3-room apartment (80 square meters) in the east of Munich. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. (1 x double bed, 1 x slightly wider bed) Good transport links via the adjacent expressway (FTO). You can reach the thermal spa Erding in about 10 minutes, the Riem trade fair in 20 minutes, as well as Munich Airport. It is 10 minutes to the A 94. (Entrance/exit Markt Schwaben) The nearest S-Bahn stops are 5 minutes away by car (St. Koloman or Ottenhofen).

Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.
