Nice 1 room apartment with kitchen, 34 square meters, living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Bed 1.80 m wide, couch that also works for a child (no sofa bed). Ideal for 1 or 2 people (plus possibly 1 child). There is enough storage space to stay for 4 weeks. The kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer-dryer. Location: Gastro: 1 min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. The apartment is on the top floor. Unfortunately, we don't have an elevator yet.

Quiet apartment in the old town of Meissen
Our apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look out onto the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day (weekend free of charge), but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.

Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

The breakfast specially prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or the glass of wine can be enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the old town of Dresden.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
