Our apartment is on the 2nd floor, has 55 bright square meters, 2 rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a small balcony overlooking the garden. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The bus to Mainz City / Uni is approx. 150 meters. The train station can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot and it is not far to the highway towards Frankfurt / Wiesbaden / Mainz. In addition, Budenheim is located directly at the gate of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley with its unique cultural landscape.

Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
