Our apartment is on the 2nd floor, has 55 bright square meters, 2 rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a small balcony overlooking the garden. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The bus to Mainz City / Uni is approx. 150 meters. The train station can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot and it is not far to the highway towards Frankfurt / Wiesbaden / Mainz. In addition, Budenheim is located directly at the gate of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley with its unique cultural landscape.

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Our vacation home is located in the old town center, near the railway line. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. In addition, a fan is available for the warm days. The kitchen is fully equipped, Senseo, stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. The living room has a living area, TV and pellet stove. The whole thing is rounded off with two bathrooms
